With clever yes-no questions you alternately try to narrow down which person it could be. If you can exclude people, you will work change their picture and thus only have the potentially correct ones in front of you. If you have guessed the correct figure, you can move the point indicator by one. Whoever is correct 7 times first wins the game. For 2 players, ages 5+.
